The silicone seal is built for wet Indian food. Fill to the line, press the lid till it clicks, and carry it upright. Message us on WhatsApp if you want to see a leak test before ordering.
What if the box arrives damaged?
Record a short video while opening the parcel. Send it on WhatsApp the same day and we ship a replacement. No form, no ticket number.
Why is there no cash on delivery?
COD adds cost to every parcel and a share of them return unopened. Removing it is what keeps this price. You can talk to us on WhatsApp first if that helps.
Can I return it if I just do not like it?
